Regular food delivery deadline extended to 17 May 2021
Saharanpur. (RNS) Under the National Food Security Act, the last date for regular food distribution to be held in the month of May 2021 has been set till May 17, 2021. Such Antyodaya and eligible household ration card holders, who have not yet received food grains on their ration card through Aadhaar authentication, can avail food grains through Aadhaar authentication.
District supply officer Satish Kumar Mishra said that he gave this information here today. In addition to this, under the Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana, from May 20 to May 31, 2021, ration card holders of Antyodaya and PHH scheme will be distributed free of cost on their ration cards, 03 kg wheat and 02 kg rice on their ration cards. He said that all Antyodaya and PHH ration card holders should get food grains on their ration cards through e-pass machine. The rules of COVID-19 will be compulsorily followed while obtaining food grains.
