Syrian army destroys Israeli missiles
The Syrian army says it has shot down some missiles fired by Israel.
The air defense system has responded to an Israeli missile strike from the direction of Lebanese airspace. Explosions were heard in the Syrian capital Damascus. “Our air defense systems intercepted the attacker’s missiles and shot down some of them,” Sanaa quoted a Defense Ministry statement as saying.
