Playing Bhagat Singh once in life is not enough: Ajay Devgn
Bollywood star Ajay Devgn posted an Instagram note on Monday to celebrate the release of his film The Legend of Bhagat Singh 19 years ago. The film hit theaters on 7 June 2002.
Ajay wrote alongside a picture that shows him as Shaheed Bhagat Singh, “It is not enough to play the role of a revolutionary like Bhagat Singhji once in his lifetime and career.” You need to keep them there constantly .. After all, it is they who wrote history with their (blood). Hashtag 19years of legend of Bhagat Singh Hashtag Rajkumar Santosh.
Ajay won the National Award for Best Actor for his starring role, while the Rajkumar Santoshi-directed film also won the National Award for Best Feature Film in Hindi.
The historical drama also featured Sushant Singh as Sukhdev, D. Santosh as Rajguru and Akhilendra Mishra as Chandrashekhar Azad, Raj Babbar and Amrita Rao.
Ajay’s upcoming projects are Maidan, Bhuj: The Pride of India, RRR and his directorial film Mayday, and he will also be seen in Sooryavanshi and Gangubai Kathiawadi.
