US-Russia cooperation on Syria should be on humanitarian grounds: US
The US says that possible cooperation between it and Russia in Syria should begin on humanitarian grounds.
The US administration made this statement after the end of the summit between the two countries in Geneva. A senior US administration official said, “If there is any further cooperation with regard to Syria, it should be on humanitarian grounds.”
