Uttarakhand : Governor Maurya distributed relief material to boat, rickshaw and horse drivers

Nainital : Governor Baby Rani Maurya distributed relief materials to boat, rickshaw and horse drivers at Raj Bhavan Nainital on Saturday. He also gave warm shawls to the women of these drivers. This relief material will be given to all the drivers of Nainital associated with these businesses. While establishing a direct dialogue with these drivers, Governor Smt. Maurya inquired about the business. He asked about the status of income from boat, rickshaw, horse operation after getting permission. All the drivers thanked the Governor for seriously considering the matter of their business. The Governor directed Joint Magistrate Prateek Jain that these drivers would come in direct contact with the tourists who reached Nainital, so vaccination of all these drivers should be done on priority basis. Helpful Army Major Moodit Sood and Helpful Police Rachita Juyal were present on this occasion.
