Tahir Raj Bhasin was rejected in 250 auditions before Madarni
Actor Tahir Raj Bhasin says he was rejected around 250 times before Aditya Chopra signed on for the film Madarni.
Tahir said, “Anything worthwhile takes time and I understood this when I first came to Mumbai. I was rejected from about 250 auditions three years before Madderney, but I used it as positive fuel and feedback.
He further said, it meant that I needed to grow and development comes after workshops and hours of practice.
Tahir, who never loses hope in spite of countless rejections, said the power lies in getting hit and the desire to move on. Today’s world is all about that simple message when we have all been directly or indirectly affected by an unexpected time. With courage, make yourself better, fitter and stronger for the exam in the times to come.
Tahir will be seen as the romantic lead in Loop Lapeta opposite Taapsee Pannu. He will be seen alongside Shweta Tripathi in Bulbul Tarang alongside Sonakshi Sinha and Yeh Kaali Kaali Aankhen.
He will also be seen in Kabir Khan’s 83, in which he will be seen as Sunil Gavaskar, a legendary Indian cricketer. The movie 1983 is the story of India’s first Cricket World Cup victory and Ranveer Singh will be seen as Kapil Dev, the captain of the underdog team.
