Rishikesh : Both Ronnie Yedidia-Klein and her husband, Geoff, Israel Embassy in India visited Parmarth Niketan. The Rishi Kumars of Parmarth Niketan welcomed him by applying tilak. He actively participated in many celebrations like Yagya, Ganga Aarti, Yoga etc being held in Parmarth Niketan. The Israel Embassy in-charge Ronnie Yedidia-Klein and her husband, Geoff, both enthusiastically participated in all the activities organized on the International Day of Yoga with the Charmarth family. Ronnie Yedidia-Klein met Swami Chidanand Saraswati ji, President of Parmarth Niketan and discussed in detail on environment and water conservation, pilot project to be started between India and Israel with excellent agriculture and contemporary topics. On this occasion he shared that a book by Seth M. Siegel, ‘Let There Be Water’, Israel’s solution for a water-starved world, proved to be a very popular offering, and its aptly titled – Let There Be Water – became the mantra and inspiration. has gone. Swami Chidanand Saraswati ji said that Israel is a country where their water conservation techniques are very effective, due to which their desert area is gradually decreasing. Geoff (Ronnie Yedidia-Klein’s husband) said that I am deeply impressed by the work Pujya Swamiji is doing globally for environmental and water conservation. My personal attachment is also towards the works dedicated to environmental protection, so I am willing to come to Parmarth Niketan and give my services. He also had a detailed discussion with Swamiji on preparing Parmarth Niketan Ashram as a water conservation model.
