After this, the police on Sunday rescued the teenager from the clutches of the accused youth from Maldhan Road, Ramnagar, Haldwani. Kotwal Shishupal Singh Negi has identified the kidnapper as Rakesh Bhandari son Gajendra Singh Bhandari resident Mansa Devi, Gumaniwala. Told that on the basis of the statement of the teenager, the sections of rape and POCSO have also been increased in the investigation. Told that the accused youth has been sent to jail after being produced in the court.
