Resolve complaints related to disaster immediately

Commissioner Garhwal Mandal Ravinath Raman inspected the District Collectorate building on Tuesday. During this he visited Nazarat, Malkhana, Armory, Record Room, Treasury, Disaster Management, Registry and Stamp Office, Joint Collectorate Office and Collectorate and Municipal Magistrate Court. During the inspection, Commissioner Garhwal expressed his satisfaction in observing the records keeping, cleanliness, register maintenance, reception, postal receipt and issue, application and grievance redressal process, disposal of court works etc. He also praised it for making better use of online platform for editing most of the functions in Dehradun Collectorate. During the inspection at the Disaster Management Office, he said that keeping in mind the corona in the rainy season, keep full preparations at the administration level and instructed to take immediate concrete steps to solve the problem along with sharing information. All the district level officers were asked to make preparations for the conduct of election works in the coming time. After the inspection, the officers and employees who did excellent work in the 2020-21 District Magistrate Award program organized in the Commissioner Garhwal Mandal Collectorate Auditorium were honored with the District Magistrate Award. District Probation Office in Group Honor under District Magistrate Honor, Chief Horticulture Officer Dr Meenakshi Joshi in Officer category, Subhash Thapliyal Data Entry Operator Regional Tourism Office Dehradun and Rajeshwar Kumar Sonkar Anusevak Treasury in Officers, SO Premnagar Dhanraj Singh Bisht in Field Employees And District Supply Inspector Dehradun Sunil Deoli and awarded a Distinguished Citation to Project Director DRDA Vikram Singh and District Development Officer Sushil Mohan Doval for their cooperation in planting 3.51 lakh saplings in 1 hour and online reporting during Harela Parv 2020. The commissioner said that our condolences to the employees and their families who have lost their lives due to Corona. The DM gave ten thousand rupees to the employees as a reward.
