Andhra Pradesh CM hands over land allotment documents to PV Sindhu

Vijayawada, 01 July. Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy handed over the documents for allotment of two acres of land to badminton champion PV Sindhu for setting up a badminton academy in Visakhapatnam.

The Chief Minister, while handing over a copy of the government order for allotment of land to PV Sindhu at his camp office, wished him all the best for the Olympics. During this, he handed over an incentive amount of five lakh rupees to two badminton players of the state Sindhu and R Satwik Sairaj as well as the state’s female hockey player Rajni, who participated in Tokyo Olympics 2020. On Rajni’s behalf her parents attended the event and received the cheque. Rajini, who hails from Chittoor district, is currently attending training sessions in Bengaluru. State Tourism, Culture and Youth Development Minister Muttamsetty Srinivasa Rao and Principal Secretary Ram Gopal were also present in the program.
