Uttarakhand / Haridwar : Plantation done in CISF campus

500 saplings were planted under Hariyali Project of India in collaboration with BHEL CISF by ‘Ek Prayas’ Trust of Haridwar in 1991. On this occasion, CISF Commandant Satya Dev Arya assured that the planted saplings will be taken care of till they become trees. The trees planted by the trust will make the environment clean as well as protect human life by providing oxygen to the atmosphere. Trust chairman Umesh Dangwal and member Dinesh Rawat said that plantation is very important to keep the environment balanced. Human life is facing many problems due to the imbalance created in nature due to unnecessary tampering with nature and indiscriminate felling of trees. All the guests cooperated in the plantation drive in the CISF campus. He said that the plantation drive would continue in future also. By planting all the trees, one should contribute to the environmental balance. On this occasion, members of the trust Umesh Dangwal, Dinesh Rawat, Saurabh Mishra, Sanjay Singh, Arvind Tomar, Nidhi Dhiman, Rashmi Raturi, Sanjeev Sharma, Lalit Gupta, Dharmendra Mittal, Naveen Chandna besides Deepak Barola, P.K. . Thapliyal, R.S. Bisht and his associates were present.
