On behalf of Rotary Club Kankhal, milk was performed in the Ganges for the self-peace of the patients and doctors suffering from Corona. Flour, rice, pulses, spices and vegetables were distributed to the leprosy patients living in Vivekananda Leprosy Ashram on behalf of the club in conjunction with President Chetan Ghai. The Rotarians also took information about the health of leprosy patients. On this occasion, President Chetan Ghai and Secretary Harpal said that Rotary Club Kankhal is continuously working keeping in mind the needs of the needy during the Corona period. Food items have been distributed continuously to the needy. The work of distributing medicines was also done by organizing free medical camps. Service works are being run in urban and rural areas. Chetan Ghai said that there should not be any kind of discrimination against leprosy patients. They are also an integral part of the society. The Rotary Club has been providing food items and clothes to the leprosy patients continuously. He said that during the Corona period, doctors lost their lives under the care of Corona patients. The employees of the Municipal Corporation, the police administration also left no stone unturned in providing better facilities during the Corona period. Social worker and BJP leader Vishal Garg praised the service work being done by Rotary Club and said that distributing food items to leprosy patients is a commendable work. Social service also inspires other people. Throughout the year, Rotary Club is providing its support in meeting the needs of the needy. He prayed for peace of mind for those who lost their lives from the mother of Corona patients and doctors, Ganga.
