Uttarakhand / Vikas Nagar : AAP did plantation in Jeevangarh Madrasa
Aam Aadmi Party workers planted saplings in Jeevangarh Madrasa on the occasion of Harela festival. The workers planted dozens of saplings of different species in the Madrasa premises. He also appealed to the local people to plant more and more trees for environmental protection. On Monday morning, under the leadership of AAP leader Gulfam Ahmed, the workers celebrated the Harela festival by reaching Jeevangarh village. The workers also planted saplings in the cemetery and primary school premises along with the madrasa premises. While planting saplings, AAP leader Gulfam Ahmed made the people present aware of environmental protection. He appealed to every villager to plant saplings in their house and the vacant land around them and conserve them. Waqas Khan, Jamshad Ali, Iqbal, Gagandeep Singh, Hafiz, Farooq, Abdul Jabbar, Zubair, Sajab, Farman, Prateek etc. were present on this occasion.
