Uttarakhand / New Tehri : Symbolic protest continues to ITI personnel regarding five demands

On the call of the State Industrial Training Institute Employees Union, the symbolic protest of ITI employees on the five-point demands continued for the second day. In protest, ITI employees worked with a black bandage on their arm. This protest of ITI personnel will continue till July 12. Major Singh Pundir, District President of Government Industrial Training Institute Employees Union, said that in the five-point demands, promotion case from instructor to work director, assistant steward to steward and work director to principals, 100% departmental promotion from instructor to director posts, executive service manual. There is a demand to make, reorganize the departmental structure, improve the functioning of the directorate, designation of instructor as training officer and designation of work director as senior training officer. For which from July 5 to 12, all the employees of ITI will work online and offline by tying a black band on their arm. Said that if concrete action is not taken on the demands at the government level, then non-cooperation movement will be started. On the second day, the symbolic protestors included District Secretary Vivek Pant, Kuldeep Rawat, Provincial Inspector Bhuvnesh Semwal, Santosh Thapliyal, Amit Saini, Arvind Kumar etc.
