Uttarakhand / Nainital : Two smugglers of UP arrested with 11.73 grams smack
The police have arrested two youths with 11.73 grams of smack from a hotel on Mall Road. Both had come from Lakhimpur Kheri to Nainital to sell smack. The police sent both the accused to jail. Nainital Police ADTF team received information about two smack smugglers reaching Nainital for delivery from UP on Tuesday evening. The Kotwali police along with Kotwal Ashok Kumar Singh started in search of smack smugglers. After searching for several hours, a hotel located in Mallroad was raided. Where both the youths were caught. On searching both of them, 11.73 grams of illegal smack was recovered from the youth. During interrogation, the youths told that they had come to Nainital to sell smack. Kotwal Ashok Kumar Singh said that a case has been registered against the arrested Baliyakala Lakhimpur Kheri residents Amit Pandey and Anubhav Gupta under the sections of NDPS Act. The accused were produced before the court and sent to judicial custody.
