Uttarakhand / Vikas Nagar : Demonstration of PRD Trained Youth at Directorate

Trained youth of Provincial Guard Dal demonstrated in the Directorate on Thursday demanding training certificate. The trained youth allege that the state government has made them do duty during the Kumbh Mela, despite this they have not yet been given training certificates. The trained youth told that they were deployed to maintain law and order and other arrangements during the Kumbh Mela. Before deployment, he was given training for a prescribed period as per the conditions of the Provincial Guard Team. After the training, they were provided with uniforms and other essential items. During the Kumbh Mela for a month, he discharged his responsibility. The duty of many soldiers was also imposed under Kovid. But till now they have not been given training certificate. Due to lack of certificates, they cannot apply for appointments in other departments under PRD, which is threatening their future. Said that training certificates should be provided to them soon, so that they get opportunity to serve in other departments as well. Among those who performed were Kamlesh Bhatt, Uday Rawat, Naveen Bisht, Rohit, Ranveer Kumar, Rajendra Singh etc.
