Himachal Pradesh / Dharamshala : ADC took stock of the preparations for the proposed meeting of Gaddi-Gujjar Welfare Board
A meeting was organized in the Trigart auditorium of the Government College today regarding the preparations for the proposed meeting of Gaddi-Gujjar Welfare Board to be held under the chairmanship of Hon’ble Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur on July 14 in the Trigart auditorium of the Government College, Dharamsala. It was presided over by Additional Deputy Commissioner Rahul Kumar. He directed the officers to complete the work related to their respective departments in time for the successful conduct of the meeting.
During the meeting, the ADC asked the officers of the Public Works Department to arrange for painting in the auditorium, power supply to the officials of the Electricity Department, drinking water to the officers of the Jal Shakti Department, sound broadcasting service to the officers of the Information and Public Relations Department and the Municipal Corporation. Instructed the officials to make proper arrangements for cleanliness etc. He also gave necessary directions to the officers of the Police Department regarding traffic and parking so that the general public does not face any inconvenience at any level.
