Bus carrying Chinese engineers and army blew up, 8 killed

There has been another terrorist attack on a large scale in Pakistan. An IED exploded in a bus carrying Chinese engineers and Pakistani soldiers. There are reports of 8 deaths, including 4 Chinese engineers, and the condition of several injured is critical.

A senior administrative official in the Hazara region said that there was a loud explosion in a bus carrying Chinese engineers in Upper Kohistan. Eight people have lost their lives. He said the bus was carrying more than 30 Chinese engineers to the site of the Dasu Dam in Upper Kohistan. Along with the engineers, two security personnel of the paramilitary force were also killed.
According to reports from Pakistan, the bus was carrying Chinese engineers working on the Dasu Dam. There were 30 engineers and employees on board the bus. The bus was being guarded by Pakistani soldiers. Suddenly the bus exploded. So far 8 people have been reported dead and the death toll is expected to rise as the condition of many injured is critical.

The bodies and the injured have been sent to the Rural Health Center Dasu. Deputy commissioner Mohammad Arif said investigation was underway to ascertain the intensity of the blast and to know more about it.
