Apple’s annual education offer for students now available in India

In the time of online education, Apple’s annual education offer went live across all online Indian stores on Friday. All college or university students who buy Macs and iPods will be given AirPods for free. The offer is available to existing and newly validated college/university students, parents buying for them, and faculty and staff at all levels, the company said. It is available in the Special Education section of the Apple Store Online.

Anyone can buy a college/university eligible Mac or iPad and get AirPods (wired charging) for free. They can also upgrade to AirPads Wireless Charging for Rs 4,000 or iPad Pro for Rs 10,000. Eligible products are MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, iMac, Mac Pro and Mac Mini; iPad Pro and iPad Air.

Eligible customers can get 20 percent off on AppleCare, education discount on Apple Pencil and Key board, Apple Music offer for Rs 49 per month for students including AppleTV Plus and Apple Arcade gaming for 3 months (then Rs 99 a month) is free.
