Suspected drone seen again near Jammu airbase, a traitor who spied for ISIS arrested from Rajasthan
A drone was seen last night near the Air Force station in Jammu. However, the anti-drone system installed near the Air Force station thwarted the attempts of the drone to detect it and move forward. According to sources, this drone had come to a distance of about 670 meters from the control tower. The anti-drone system installed at the Jammu airbase blocked this drone, due to which it could not move forward. It is being told that this drone has fallen somewhere in the surrounding areas. The security forces have started a search operation in the area to trace the downed drone. After two drone attacks on Jammu airbase last month, the anti-drone system has been deployed here. After 18 days, the drone has been seen here for the seventh time on Wednesday.
Earlier, suspicious movement of Pakistani drones in Arnia and Hiranagar sectors along the India-Pakistan international border had stirred up. In Arnia sector, BSF personnel opened fire on seeing red light in the sky. It is being told that it was a Pakistan drone, which was driven back. At the same time, in the Hiranagar sector of Kathua, local people heard a drone-like sound. I also saw yellow light in the sky. Precautionary search operations were conducted at both the places but no incriminating material or leads were found. The Crime Branch of Delhi Police has arrested an accused spying for Pakistan from Pokhran, Rajasthan. The accused has been identified as Habib Khan (48), a resident of Bikaner, Rajasthan. The accused was earlier taken into custody. It is alleged that he was providing secret documents related to the Indian Army along with spying for Pakistan’s intelligence agency ISI. Preliminary investigation has revealed that he had recovered confidential documents from an officer of the Indian Army posted in the base camp of Pokhran Army.
At present, he had a contract to supply vegetables in the army area. Due to this the accused had access to the army kitchen. It is being told that till a few months ago, he also came under the scanner of the army. It is also believed that the complicity of some more people and employees of the army may come to the fore. Delhi Police refused to give official information about this.
