Uttar Pradesh / Pratapgarh : International shooter Vartika honored on her birthday

International Shooter Vartika Singh was honored with Saraswat at Tulsi Memorial Public School, Badera, near Antu, on the birthday of CWC member Pramod Tiwari on Friday. Organizing committee convener Pramod Tiwari Vikas Manch President Sanjay Pandey and media in-charge Gyanprakash Shukla awarded Saraswat Samman by giving a shawl and insignia and citation to Vartika Singh by the organizing committee. Addressing the program as the chief guest, National President of Rural Bar Gyan Prakash Shukla threw light on the political and development aspects of Pramod Tiwari.
