Sushil Kumar made main accused in Sagar’s murder, 150 witnesses
The crime branch of the police has prepared a charge sheet in the junior wrestler Sagar Dhankhar murder case. Olympian Sushil Kumar has been made the main accused in this. All the 12 accused arrested have also been included in this. Soon the charge sheet will be filed in the court. Final legal opinion is being taken on this.
According to Crime Branch officials, Sushil Kumar is the main accused in the several thousand-page chargesheet. Around 150 people, including four victims, security guards of Chhatrasal Stadium, neighbors of Sagar Dhankhar living in Model Town and some people living in Shalimar Bagh have been made witnesses.
As electronic evidence, the police have video of Sagar and his associates on the spot, which was recovered from the possession of the accused Prince. There is footage of CCTV cameras coming and going of the accused in Mod Down. This is also being considered as important evidence. Apart from this, the mobile location of all the accused is there. It is known from this that all of them were at the spot when the incident took place.
The police have made all the 12 arrested people including Sushil Kumar accused. A total of 18 accused have been identified in the Sagar murder case. Six of them are absconding. The police have not yet received the forensic report of the mobile phones of the accused. The police have written a letter to FSL asking them to submit the forensic report of the mobiles soon. Officials say that many reports of mobile etc. have not been received in the Sagar Dhankhar murder case. In such a situation, Delhi Police will file a supplementary charge sheet in this case.
50-50 thousand reward announced on them
Delhi Police has announced a reward of Rs 50,000 each on the six absconding accused in the Sagar Dhankhar murder case. These include Praveen Dabas, resident of Pooth Khurd Narela, Praveen alias Choti, resident of village Dehkora Jhajjar, Surjit Grewal, resident of village Bamia Bhiwani, Haryana, Joginder alias Kala, resident of village Asoda district Jhajjar, Haryana, Rahal Dhanda, resident of village Nangal Thakran and Anil Dhiman, resident of Asonda Karnal, Haryana.
