Trials for all age groups will start from 27

As per the instructions of BCCI and CAU, trials for all age groups will be conducted from July 27 under the aegis of Cricket Association of Haridwar. The decision regarding this was taken in the meeting of the Association. Cricket Association of Haridwar President Neeraj Kumar and Secretary Indermohan Barthwal told that due to bad weather and lack of indoor net, there will be some problem in conducting the trial. Nevertheless, the decision to conduct the trials of all classes smoothly has been taken in the meeting of the association held on Wednesday. The trials will be conducted following the Kovid 19 safety guidelines of BCCI, CAU and the government. Secretary Indermohan Barthwal informed that the players of Haridwar district will be selected on the basis of trial. The same players will also get a chance to participate in the zonal trials. He said that all the players will have to register offline to participate in the trials. The registrations have been started at Fun and Food Restaurants from Wednesday. Players can register from 9:30 am to 4 pm. Players will be registered in Haridwar till July 24 and then in Roorkee on July 25. The first trial under 19 category will be held on 27th and 28th July and the under 16 trials will be held on 30th and 31st July at Prakash Sports Academy. The information about the trials of the players of Under 23 and Senior category will be given later. He informed that the cricketers participating in the District Cricket League 21-22 who have deposited their registration fee. They are also required to fill the offline registration form. The remaining players who have not deposited the registration fee of the league. They will also have to fill and submit the offline registration form along with the fee of rupees five hundred. Neeraj Kumar, Indermohan Barthwal, Kuldeep Aswal, Manoj Kumar, Anil Kumar, Chandramohan etc. were present in the meeting.
