Capacity development training given to Panchayat representatives

A one-day camp of Panchayat representatives was organized at Nyaya Panchayat Langha under the National Village Swaraj Abhiyan of Panchayati Raj Department. In this, the Panchayat representatives were given training in capacity development. Village heads, deputy heads and ward members enthusiastically participated in the camp organized at Langha on Thursday morning. Inaugurating the camp, Master Trainer Imran Khan informed the delegates about Mission Antyodaya Survey, MNREGA Scheme, Gram Panchayat Development Plan and the history of Panchayats. Told how Gram Panchayats can prepare a plan of a best Gram Panchayat Development Plan by using 29 subjects provided by the 73rd Constitutional Amendment. Master Trainer Rekha Chaudhary informed the representatives of Rural Livelihood Mission, Right to Information, 73rd Constitutional Amendment, rights of Gram Panchayat and important points of Panchayat Raj Act. He was also informed about the schemes of various departments. He also pacified the queries of the delegates by answering their queries. Ankita, Kedar Singh, Om Prakash Verma, Pramila Rana, Narendra Singh, Preeti Chauhan, Kallu Ram, Ravita Tomar, Ankush Tomar, Mahendra etc. were present on this occasion.
