Today, in the surprise inspection done by him in Tehsil Sadar, he found the quality of daily service delivery to the common citizens in Tehsil Complex, attendance of employees, pendency of various types of certificates to be made by Tehsil, cleanliness, sitting While observing the arrangements, etc., the Tehsildar gave a stern warning to the Sadar to immediately improve the functioning of the Tehsil, otherwise action would be taken.

DM angry for not registering proper attendance: While observing the personnel attendance register, the District Magistrate paraded all the present personnel due to non-registration of proper attendance of the personnel. Strict instructions were given to the Tehsildar to observe the attendance register regularly and send the details of the attendance of the personnel daily on WhatsApp. It was informed by the Tehsildar that 08 personnel have gone to the field, on which the District Magistrate directed the Tehsildar to present the details of field visits of all those 8 personnel, where they had gone and what work they did. Giving further instructions, he said that the details of the personnel who go to the field should also be shown in the attendance register that such personnel have gone to that field today for that work. While checking the pendency (backlog) of original residence, caste certificate, survivor certificate, income certificate etc., the District Magistrate directed the Tehsildar to end the pendency at the earliest and ensure that various types of proof- In no case should the pendency of letters be more than one week. He instructed that the name, mobile number and area of ​​the personnel sitting on the various boards should be written, as well as the name, scope and telephone number of all the personnel should be written on the entrance also so that the public should get a clear information that the concerned personnel are related to their area. The District Magistrate immediately instructed MDDA and HUDA officials on telephone regarding the bad lift of the Tehsil premises, that the lift should be repaired immediately so that the elderly, pregnant women, sick, differently abled people do not face any kind of inconvenience. . The District Magistrate was assured by the HUDA officials on telephone to repair the lift, on which the District Magistrate directed the Tehsildar Sadar to submit the report of the lift improvement. Apart from this, the District Magistrate directed to maintain better arrangements for clean toilets, seating, drinking water and cleanliness in the premises for the general public to women and differently-abled. He also asked Tehsildar Sadar to follow up all the instructions given today and submit a report on their implementation. During the surprise inspection, District Magistrate Dr. R. Rajesh Kumar along with personal assistant Virendra Singh, Tehsildar Sadar Dayaram, Naib Tehsildar Jaspal Rana, concerned personnel, media persons and general public were present.
