CM Yogi’s announcement : UP will achieve the distinction of having medical colleges in all 75 districts by 2022
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath told reporters in Deoria that by the year 2022, all 75 districts of Uttar Pradesh will have medical colleges. He said that in the districts where there is no medical college, a medical college will be opened on PPP model within 6 months. He had come here to inspect the Maharishi Devraha Baba Autonomous State Medical College under construction.
