Harish Rawat managed to form the Congress government in the state in the year 2002 by joining the Muslims and Dalits in the state with his hard work and dedication. Harish Rawat has been constantly fighting for the betterment of the state by being in touch with the public. As a result, he got the privilege of becoming the Chief Minister of Uttarakhand. He made many schemes for the welfare of the state and for development. As Chief Minister, Harish Rawat worked for farmers, laborers, elderly, women, youth. Dalits and Muslims have played a very important role in forming the Congress government in the state. The figure of 36 is required for majority in the state of Uttarakhand with 70 assembly seats. In which there are about 22 such assembly seats. In which Muslims and Dalits play a decisive role. In Haridwar district alone, 10 out of 11 seats are dominated by Muslims and Dalits and play a decisive role. Dalits and Muslims are in a decisive role in 9 assembly seats in Udham Singh Nagar and 3 assembly seats in Dehradun. In such a situation, when the assembly elections are to be held in the year 2022 and the Aam Aadmi Party and Bhim Army have also given their knock in the state. It is unfortunate to ignore Dalits and Muslims in such a situation. Dalits and Muslims want to see Harish Rawat as Chief Minister again. At such a time, what message does the central leadership of the Congress want to convey by ignoring the Muslims and Dalits in the committees? Politicians believe that ignoring Muslims and Dalits, it is impossible to bring a Congress government in the state in the year 2022.
