Himachal Pradesh / Solan : Heartfelt tributes paid to martyrs on the occasion of Kargil Vijay Diwas
On the occasion of 22nd anniversary of Kargil Vijay Diwas, Deputy Commissioner Solan Krutika Kulhari paid heartfelt tributes to the martyrs at Kargil Martyrs Memorial here today.
On this occasion, Kritika Kulhari said that Kargil Vijay Diwas inspires all of us to work sincerely in the interest of the country by reminding us of the martyrdom of countless soldiers. He said that all of us countrymen are indebted to the countless soldiers who laid down their lives laughing and laughing at the motherland.
The Deputy Commissioner urged everyone to always remember Kargil Vijay Diwas and try that as our brave soldiers protect the country on the borders, in the same way, we will keep the public interest paramount through our work. He assured that the district administration is always committed to solve the problems of ex-servicemen and their families on priority basis.
He urged the ex-servicemen to make the younger generation aware of their experiences so that the youth can become responsible citizens.
On this occasion Sub Divisional Officer Solan Ajay Kumar Yadav, Tehsildar Solan Gurmeet Negi along with many ex-servicemen, senior citizens and others were present. On this occasion, tributes were paid to the martyr soldiers and oath was administered in all the sub-divisions and development blocks of the district.
