Cabinet approves opening of classes 6-12 schools in Uttarakhand from August 1

As the corona virus is not completely eradicated in the country yet, the Uttarakhand cabinet approved the reopening of schools in the state for students of classes 6-12 from August 1. Let us tell you, the Uttarakhand state government had decided to open all the schools in the state through digital medium from July 1. The state schools had summer vacation till June 30, 2021.

This year has been very unusual and difficult for students, teachers and parents. In view of the current situation of the country, the central government has taken a historic decision by canceling the board examinations of both 10th and 12th in the year 2021.

Instead all the students of class 12th will be marked on the basis of their class 10th, 11th and pre-board results. The marking ratio will be 30:30:40.
