Meanwhile, the police custody of Raj Kundra and Ryan Thorpe is ending for the second time. According to the police, Raj Kundra is not cooperating in the investigation, so the police will ask the court to extend the police custody of Kundra. Along with this, Kundra’s application will be heard in the Bombay High Court. Raj Kundra has called his arrest illegal.

The Mumbai Police Crime Branch says that Kundra was actively involved in porn film production and was associated with a relative’s company in the UK for this. Mumbai Police has said that it has transaction and electronic evidence regarding Kundra’s involvement.

Mumbai Property Sale, which is probing the case, is also probing the role of Shilpa Shetty in the case. So till now Shilpa Shetty has been interrogated twice at her house but till now no direct evidence has been found against Shilpa Shetty. It is also not clear whether she knew about her husband’s alleged involvement in the crime or not.

If police sources are to be believed, till now no active role of Shilpa Shetty has been found in the whole case. No electronic evidence, no financial proof, no documents yet to show that Shilpa had anything to do with the porn racket of the app on which the content was uploaded.
