Uttarakhand / Haridwar : Vaccines given to elderly people in conjunction with Uttaranchal Punjabi Mahasabha

Under the vaccination campaign being run in conjunction with Uttaranchal Punjabi Mahasabha, on Saturday, door-to-door vaccination was given to the elderly and the helpless people. State General Secretary of Uttaranchal Punjabi Mahasabha, Sunil Arora said that under the campaign, 40 elderly and helpless people were vaccinated against Kovid on Saturday. Sunil Arora said that the health department is getting full cooperation in the campaign. But the campaign is facing problems due to not getting enough vaccine. He said that vaccination is very important to prevent corona. Therefore the government should provide vaccines in sufficient quantity. District Chairman Raju Oberoi and Youth District President Akshay Malhotra said that along with Corona, awareness campaign is being run on behalf of the organization to prevent diseases like dengue and malaria. District President of Women’s Cell, Kamini Sadana, City President Shalu Ahuja said that the team of Health Department, which is cooperating in the vaccination campaign, would be honored soon. Appealing to the Central and State Governments, he said that maximum number of vaccines should be made available so that all people can be vaccinated against. During this Dr.Ajay.
