Brazilian swimmer Ana Marcela wins gold in women’s marathon swimming

Brazilian swimmer Ana Marcela Cunha won the gold medal in the women’s 10km marathon swim at the Tokyo Olympic Games.
Marseilla won the gold with a timing of 1:59:30.8s, while the silver was won by Netherlands’ Aharon van Rouvendal, who clocked 1:59:31.7s. The bronze medal went to Australia’s Karina Lee, who clocked 1:59:32.5 seconds.
