Uttarakhand / Almora : Cantt got material worth 7.20 lakhs from MLA fund to save from Corona

Preparations are going on in the city regarding the possible third wave of Corona. For the prevention, prevention and strengthening of health facilities, MLA Karan Mahra had also allocated funds from his fund to the Cantonment Board. The equipment, medicines and materials purchased from the fund were handed over by the MLA to Cantt. He said that every possible contribution will be made in the war against Corona. In order to fight the corona epidemic, MLA Karan Mahra had sanctioned Rs 7.20 lakh to the Cantonment Council from the MLA fund, apart from the city’s state hospital. Out of this amount, tinshed was also constructed at the Kovid crematorium. At the same time, materials like sanitizing machines, power sprayers, N-95 masks and medicines for the cantonment dispensary were procured. On reaching the material, MLA Mahra handed it over to the Chief Executive Officer of the Cantonment Board, Abhishek Azad. He greatly appreciated the work of the employees including the frontline workers of Cantt during the Corona period. Said that we will give all possible cooperation and contribution in the war against Corona. CEO Azad thanked MLA Mahra. On this occasion Gopal Dev, Chandan Bisht, Kuldeep Kumar, Yatish Rautela, Sanitation Inspector AP Singh, Chandan Kumar, Ranger Kamal Furtyal, Junior Engineer Gopal Bisht, Revenue Superintendent Rajendra Pant, Ishwar Singh etc. were present.
