Under the chairmanship of District Magistrate Andra Vamsi, the written examination of spokesperson cadre will be held on 17th and 18th August in two shifts at 05 examination centers of the city by the UP Secondary Education Service Selection Board Prayagraj in the auditorium located at the camp office. The first shift will be held from 09:30 am to 11:30 am and the second shift will be held from 02:30 pm to 04:30 pm. A meeting was held regarding the preparations related to the examination to be held. In the meeting, the District Magistrate said in clear words that copying during the examination in the district would not be tolerated under any circumstances. If there is still any such examination center where the complaint of copying or any other error has been found in the past, then it should not be made the examination center, to ensure that the duplicate candidate does not appear in the examination under any circumstances, the room inspector will take admission. Examine the card closely. Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Service Selection Board, Prayagraj has decided 05 examination centers in the district for the written examination of spokesperson cadre. The District Magistrate directed the concerned Sector Magistrate and Static Magistrate to ensure re-verification of the examination centers, as well as ensure that CCTV cameras, electricity arrangements in the examination center, besides drinking water, toilets, ramps etc. . He gave clear instructions in the meeting regarding the preparations for the examination that mobile phones, Android phones and other electronic gazettes at the examination center would be completely banned inside the examination centre. Regarding conducting the examination without copying and cleanliness, he said that the search of the candidates should be done carefully, he specially instructed to conduct the search of female candidates only by the female teacher. The availability of adequate police force at all the examination centers should be ensured.
The District Magistrate directed that there will be no sit-in demonstration, procession, public meeting within 500 meters of the examination center. Loudspeakers will not be used without permission, along with this, photo state machines will be kept locked at a distance of 500 meters from the examination center, it should be strictly ensured. In view of the examination, Section-144 of the CrPC will be effective in Jhansi district, it will be the responsibility of all the officers and magistrates to ensure the compliance of Section-144 CrPC. All the Static Magistrates and Sector Magistrates shall visit the examination centers continuously to ensure that the examination is conducted in complete peace and order. In the meeting, District School Inspector Komal Singh Yadav told that written examination of spokesperson cadre would be conducted at 05 examination centers in the city, he said that on August 17, 2021, 1515 students would appear in first shift at 5 examination centers and second shift at 2 examination centers. It will be conducted in which 742 candidates will appear in the examination. He said that in the examination to be held on August 18, 2021, the first shift would be held at 03 examination centers in which 1059 candidates would participate and the second shift would be conducted at 03 examination centers in which 864 candidates would appear in the examination. He told that 4170 candidates will appear in the written examination of spokesperson cadre by the Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Service Selection Board, Prayagraj.
