Bihar / Siwan : Mother-in-law, father-in-law and wife murdered with sharp weapons
In the Daronda police station area of Siwan district of Bihar, three people of the same family have been hacked to death with a sharp weapon. It is alleged that a madman killed his own mother-in-law, father-in-law and wife and fled. The police is prima facie looking at it by linking it to a family dispute. Three members of the same family were murdered in Kumhra Tola of Bhikhabandh village of Daronda, a police official said on Monday.
It is alleged that Mubarak Ali used to drive an auto by staying at his in-laws’ house at Bhikhabandh, after that he left from here. He came here once again eight days ago.
There was a dispute between the mother-in-law and the father-in-law with the son-in-law over something late on Sunday night. After that the son-in-law killed the father-in-law, mother-in-law and wife with a sharp weapon and fled.
Daraunda station in-charge Ajit Kumar said that after getting information about the incident, the police reached the spot. The deceased included Alsen Sai (75), Najma Khatoon (70) and Naseema Khatoon (30).
He said that the exact reason behind the murder is yet to be ascertained. Prima facie the reason for the murder seems to be a family dispute. Police have taken all the bodies in their possession and sent them to the hospital for post-mortem and the whole matter is being investigated. He said that the accused is absconding since the incident.
