Overwhelmed by comparisons to films like Amitabh, Shahrukh’s Don: Ravi Bhatia
Actor Ravi Bhatia, who plays a don in the web series Shukla the Tiger, is happy to be compared with superstars Amitabh Bachchan and Shah Rukh Khan’s don films. Ravi said, I am really overwhelmed to receive the appreciation that people have loved my series and also referred to it as a sequel to the blockbuster film Don starring Amitabh sir and a remake with Shah Rukh Khan sir. My fans also call me Don. And with all the love I am inspired to do more great things.
Ask him if he has taken inspiration from Bollywood stalwarts for his performances. He revealed, I have enjoyed watching this film many times. The songs and music are among my favorites but I didn’t try to copy it at all. Although there is certainly a lot to learn in this for any young actor.
The actor, known for shows like Do Dil Bandhe Ek Dori Se and Ishq Subhan Allah, is awaiting the release of his next web series Madgaon: The Closed File, which also stars veteran actor Zeenat Aman.
He will also be seen in a lead role in the upcoming Bollywood film The Conversation and some web series like Chaar Ka Punchnama and Hastinapur.
