Uttar Pradesh / Sonbhadra : Students upset due to closure of Aadhaar amendment in post office

Villagers are facing problems due to the closure of the work of making Aadhar card in Salaidih post office under Vindhamganj police station area for the last fortnight, while it is necessary to have Aadhar card to get the benefits of government schemes. They don’t have aadhar card, they have to worry. Many people also need to amend Aadhaar, get new ones, currently admission in schools, linking mobile numbers for government schemes, farmers need Aadhaar in KCC works, so without Aadhaar work is not being done. But Aadhar center operator Ravikant told that ISU is coming in technical software. I have informed my higher officials. Unless and until software technicians do not fix from above, it will not be fixed. It is difficult to say how long it will be fine, due to this the Aadhaar center is closed. This problem has increased for the general public at a time when it is very necessary for them to make Aadhar card and improve it. Even after getting information about this, clear information is not available. Villagers reach from 40-50 kms away from nearby villages to remote areas for Aadhar works, but they have to return back unnecessarily due to stoppage of work.

Apart from the area, villagers also reach from the villages of Jharkhand for making or improving the Aadhar card for Aadhar work. They are facing problems due to the closure of Aadhar card. Every day a large number of villagers reach the centers from rural areas, but they come there and come to know that the work of making Aadhar card is stopped. On the other hand, Priyatam Kumar Ramesh, Rajendra, Ravi, Sunita Devi, who came from Kon police station, told that I have been circling for 10 days. Every time it is said that now is bad! The same Lakshmi Devi told that I am coming for seven days to correct the date of birth of my daughter but work is being done. Our husbands work outside, I have the responsibility of the house, come again and again and go away in trouble. What kind of system is this to enroll children, how will it improve, I don’t know. I am very upset. Villagers have demanded to get the technical problem resolved at the earliest and start the work related to Aadhaar.
