Uttarakhand / Roorkee : Two arrested with illegal liquor

Police have arrested two people with illicit liquor from different places. During patrolling, Landoura police arrested a youth from whose possession 15 liters of liquor was recovered. During interrogation, the accused told that he was going to another village to sell liquor. The name of the accused has been described as Shiv Kumar resident of village Thithola. On the other hand, Baburam, a resident of Thaska village of Kotwali area, has also been arrested by the police for smuggling illegal liquor. Cases have been registered against both of them under the Excise Act and they were presented in the court after challaning them.
