New Delhi : Massive fire broke out in a factory of Mayapuri Phase-2

17 fire tenders present on the spot
A massive fire broke out in a factory in Delhi’s Mayapuri Phase-2 area. 17 fire tenders have reached the spot. Firefighters are trying to douse the fire. The cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained. A senior fire brigade official said that information about the fire was received around 9.30 am. The fire department has informed that no casualty has been reported so far.
Earlier on Tuesday, a fire broke out in a warehouse located in Inderlok area. Delhi Fire Service (DFS) officials said that no casualty was reported. The department said the fire was reported around 12 noon and 10 fire tenders were sent to the spot.
Director of Delhi Fire Services Atul Garg said that the fire started in the plastic items kept in the basement of the godown. We sent 10 fire tenders to the spot and the fire was brought under control by around 2 pm. He said that the cause of the fire is being ascertained.
