Punjab : Blast in bike in Jalalabad, man’s rags blown away

The incident of night blast in Jalalabad has come to light after Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh declared a high alert in Punjab on Wednesday. The blast took place in a congested area of the city. According to the information, this explosion happened in a bike near Punjab National Bank. In this accident, one person died on the spot, while the other is said to be injured. Not only this, the explosion was so loud that the motorcycle rider’s rags flew away. A state forensic team was immediately called to the spot. However, the deceased has not been identified yet. A team of experts is engaged to find out the reason behind the blast.
According to reports, the sound of the blast was heard up to a kilometer away, due to which an atmosphere of panic has been created among the people. People present in the area came out of their homes and shops. Reports said that according to the shopkeepers of the area, the bike was without number and the person riding it was coming from the side of the old vegetable market. According to eyewitnesses, as soon as the man reached near the PNB bank, his bike exploded. According to people, the man had a bag full of bananas in his hand.
The explosion was so strong that the man on the bike jumped 10 feet and his rags flew away. The bike was also blown up in this blast. According to reports, some people also believe that the explosion took place due to a fire in the petrol tank of the bike. However, due to the bike without the number, the situation of suspicion has increased further, so the investigating agencies are taking the matter seriously.

Terrorist activities have increased significantly in the state and many terrorists have been arrested by the police, in view of which the Captain Government has declared a high alert in the state.
