Housing.com to kickstart the festive season 2021 with the 5th edition of Mega Home Utsav
Housing.com, India’s leading digital real estate company, announced the launch of the fifth edition of its annual event Megahome Utsav 2021, an annual online property show organized by the REA India-owned company to take advantage of the festive season.
This year, the one-month-long event organized by Housing.com, the fastest growing online real-estate portal in India, will run from October 1 to October 31, 2021. The month-long event will see participation from over 150 builders who will showcase their properties across 12 cities in India.
At a time when online property purchases have gained momentum amid severe health challenges coupled with the coronavirus pandemic, the event is leading builders to offer webinars and digital content such as real-time live video, webinars and digital content for a safe, convenient and enhanced search experience. The company has also tied up with Kotak Mahindra Bank as the exclusive banking partner for the event. Kotak Mahindra Bank recently announced that it has again reduced its home loan interest rates by 15 basis points (bps) from 6.65 per cent to 6.50 per cent per annum. This special rate of 6.50 per cent per annum is on offer for a limited period of festive season till November 8, 2021.
REA India-owned housing.com has recently tied up with the brand to promote the program on TV and OTT with celebrities Manoj Bajpayee and Rajkummar Rao across major platforms and channels like IPL, DailySoap, news channels, OTT and digital platforms. A new advertising campaign is planned.
Housing.com hopes to reach out to over 35 million home seekers through this event, which will see participation from over 150 builders. The online portal has also collaborated with over 1,500 channel partners.
