Uttarakhand / Almora : Demanded to make equal pension system
The pending issues were discussed in the meeting of the state agitators in the Nagar Panchayat auditorium on Sunday. Along with implementing horizontal reservation, the government was demanded to make a uniform pension system. On Sunday, state convener of the movement organization Birendra Bajetha said that on October 2, tributes will be paid to the martyrs of Muzaffarnagar incident at Trimurti Chowk. On this occasion, a proposal to delimit the entire state on the basis of area, including the implementation of solid land laws in the state, the permanent capital of Gairsain, will be passed and sent to the government. He said that in the upcoming elections, the party which includes the demands of the agitators in the manifesto will be supported. Mohan Chandra Tiwari conducted the meeting under the chairmanship of Assembly Constituency Speaker Manoj Adhikari.
