The 48-year-old accused Leelu confessed to the crime and told the police that he had done all this for the sake of his only son so that all the property would go to his son. So he removed a brother Sudhir, including 4 children of his two brothers, from his way. Gave. After which he married the wife of the deceased brother. When both had a son, the accused thought that he would get all the property to his son. His next target was another brother, Brajesh. If he had succeeded in this purpose also, then only he and his son would have the right over the entire property.

The accused first got his elder brother killed in 2001 by giving a betel nut of Rs 1 lakh and threw the body in the river. He told the family members that his brother had gone somewhere in anger. In 2006, he killed his niece Parul by poisoning him with food and told everyone that she was bitten by a poisonous insect. After this, in 2009, the third incident was carried out by killing the nephew and in 2013 the fourth incident was carried out. On August 8, 2021, the accused got his second nephew killed by giving a betel nut and threw his body in Gang Nagar of Bulandshahr. In this case, he argued that he had gone somewhere upset. But the family members filed a missing report of the child, after which the police disclosed the matter.
