Uttarakhand / Haridwar : Sadhvi committed suicide by jumping from the fifth floor in Patanjali Yogpeeth

A sadhvi living in Vedic Kanya Gurukul, an educational institution of Patanjali Yogpeeth located in Bahadarabad police station area, committed suicide by jumping from the fifth floor. On receiving information about Sadhvi committing suicide, SP City Kamlesh Upadhyay and police station Bahadurabad reached the spot and took the dead body in possession and sent it for post-mortem. The name of Sadhvi is Devangya who hails from Madhya Pradesh. Police has started investigating the matter. According to the police, Sadhvi’s age is around 24 years and she was living in Patanjali for the last several years. Along with teaching in the Sadhvi Institute, she was also studying herself. A suicide note has also been recovered. Religious things are written in the suicide note. Due to which the reason of his death is not clear. At present, the dead body of the deceased Sadhvi has been taken to the district hospital for post-mortem. Sadhvi’s family members have been informed. SP City said that the matter is being investigated from every aspect.
