Uttarakhand : The restrictions of Kovid curfew will remain in force till October 19, new SOP issued

The Uttarakhand government has extended the COVID curfew for two more weeks till October 19. Curfew restrictions in the state will remain in force till October 19. In the SOP, regarding the Chardham Yatra and the opening of schools up to primary, it has been clarified that all the districts will have to ensure that their different SOPs are followed.

Chief Secretary and Chief Executive Officer of the State Disaster Management Authority Dr. Sukhbir Singh Sandhu issued a new SOP on Monday regarding the COVID curfew. This time also no new relief has been given in the SOP.

Under the SOP, half the people of the wedding hall capacity will be able to attend the wedding ceremony, but for this also permission will be required from the district administration. Along with this, the investigation report of Corona will have to be shown.

Night curfew will continue in the state.

  • The markets will open from 8 am to 9 pm.
  • Hotel restaurants, eateries and dhabas located in urban areas will remain closed from 10 pm to 6 am.
  • Not more than 50 people will be able to attend the funeral procession.
  • All kinds of social, political, entertainment, cultural and large gatherings will be prohibited.
  • For migrants returning to their native villages from other states, it will be mandatory to stay in the quarantine center for seven days under the supervision of the village head.
  • All spas and salons are allowed to open in the state. All spas and salons will open with 50 percent capacity. Along with this, gyms, shopping malls, cinema halls and swimming pools, amusement parks, theatres, auditoriums and all activities related to them are allowed to open with 50 percent capacity. At the same time, the government has also allowed conference halls, spas and gyms located in hotels to open with 50 percent capacity.
  • Government and non-government training institutes for trainees above 18 years of age are allowed to open in the state with compliance with the COVID protocol.
  • People coming from outside states will get entry in the state only after showing the RTPCR report 72 hours before, in the absence of double dose certificate of corona vaccine.

It will be mandatory for all the passengers coming to Uttarakhand from outside states to register on the smart city http://smartcitydehradun.uk.gov.in.

Uttarakhand / Dehradun: A heart wrenching incident has come to light from Vikasnagar in Dehradun, the capital of Uttarakhand. Where a young man killed his own mother and fled from the spot. Actually this incident is of 3rd August. Where Herbertpur police got information about a fire in a house in Rambagh area. When the police reached the spot, they found the burnt body of an old woman inside. The owner of the house, Sanjay Singh Rana, identified the body as his wife Suresho Devi alias Vandana Rana. Earlier it seemed that the woman died due to burning in the fire but the investigation revealed the case of murder. In such a situation, today the police has arrested him. Murdered mother when he did not get money for drugs The next day of the incident, the husband of the deceased, Sanjay Singh, while giving a complaint to the police, told that his son Manmohan Singh used to live with his mother. He was addicted to drugs and often used to demand money from his mother. There used to be a lot of quarrel between the two when the mother refused. The father told that Manmohan was missing from home since the incident. After which, he expressed doubt that maybe his son had committed the murder and set the room on fire. The police already suspected the son The police immediately registered a case against the son and started investigation. After which, on the night of 14 August, the police arrested Manmohan Singh from Kulhal area. During interrogation, Manmohan Singh confessed his crime. He told that he has been addicted to drugs for a long time. He has already gone to jail in drug smuggling and Arms Act cases. On the day of the incident, he had asked his mother for money for drugs. But his mother refused to give him money and also did not let him go out of the house. He fled with the money after the murder After which, Manmohan Singh, in anger, attacked his mother’s neck with a wooden stick kept in the house. Due to which she died on the spot. After the murder, Manmohan Singh wrapped the body in a mattress and set it on fire so that it appeared that the woman died due to burning. Manmohan fled on a motorcycle with 30 thousand rupees kept in the cupboard of the house and his clothes.
