Sikandar said that if casting director Sehar Latif had not been there, he would not have been a part of this big film. However, Latif is no longer in this world. Latif died of a sudden cardiac arrest in June this year. He has shared his experience about Latif.
Sikandar said, no one would have known about me, if she had not been with me. He has played a huge role in making my career. He introduced me to Dev and inspired him to consider him for the role. All mine belong to him. Sikander further told that he had gone to her office to give audition. His experience during the auditions has been very memorable and enjoyable.
Apart from Dev and Sikandar, Monkey Man will also see actors like Sobhita Dhulipala, Pitobash Tripathi and Sharlto Kopley making their presence felt. The film is written by Paul Angunawalla, John Colley and Dev. According to the report, the film is based on the Hindu deity Hanuman. In this, Hanuman will be presented as half monkey and half man. This film can be released on the streaming platform Netflix.
