Gold, which was seeing a slight decline before Diwali, registered a tremendous rise on the day of Diwali. On Thursday, during the Muhurta trading on Diwali, gold rose by 1.21 percent or Rs 571 per 10 grams. Before this, gold was showing a slightly softer trend, but its brightness increased on the day of Diwali. At the same time, the effect of Diwali’s brilliance has also shown intensified in silver prices. In yesterday’s trade on MCX, silver rose by 2.82 per cent or Rs 1759 and its price was recorded at Rs 64,224 per kg.
Today, the price of precious metals is also showing a rise in the international market. If you look at GoldPrice.org, gold was rising by 0.08 per cent on MCX at 09.38 am Indian time in the international market and the metal was trading at Rs 1,793.11 per gram level. At the same time, silver was up by 0.23 per cent at Rs 23.83 per kg.
