Uttarakhand / Udham Singh Nagar : Farmers burnt effigy of cabinet minister Arvind Pandey
There is a wave of happiness among the farmers after the decision of the Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi to withdraw the agriculture bill, due to which the farmers of Gadarpur became angry when the state vice-president of the Bharatiya Janata Party’s Kisan Morcha Jaswinder Singh and other BJP workers. Regional MLA and cabinet minister Arvind Pandey wore a turban, after which the agitated farmers burnt the effigy of cabinet minister Arvind Pandey under the leadership of Salwinder Singh Kalsi, state president of Terai Kisan Sangathan.
On this occasion, the state president of the outraged Terai Kisan Sangathan, Salwinder Singh Kalsi said that in Gadarpur, Bharatiya Janata Party’s Kisan Morcha state vice-president Jasvir Singh and other BJP workers have dressed the cabinet minister as a turban, which is completely wrong and completely wrong. It is condemnable that’s why we farmers are burning the effigy of the cabinet minister.
