Zafar Abbas, who was arrested from Gopalganj, is currently in the possession of the NIA. But now shocking revelations are happening about him. Zafar Abbas is being described as an expert in the case of cybercrime.

Zafar Abbas was nabbed by the NIA and IB team from his house in Pathra, Manjhagarh on December 7 in connection with the terror funding case. NIA had recovered two laptops, six mobiles and six SIM cards from him. Sources say that the NIA had received confirmed news that Zafar Abbas, a youth of Pathara village under Manjhagarh police station in Gopalganj district, is in contact with the infamous terrorist organization Lashkar regarding terror funding. After this the team of NIA started investigating about him. Zafar was also being monitored with the help of the local police station.

Zafar Abbas has eaten the air of Tihar

During this, first the case related to Zafar’s cybercrime was investigated. It was learned that Zafar Abbas was lodged in Delhi’s Tihar Jail for 29 days in 2017 and Gopalganj Mandal Jail for three months in 2018 in a cybercrime case. He has two brothers in which Mohsin and Arbaaz work abroad. While Zafar is doing BTech from an engineering college in Bhopal.

Gopalganj came under lockdown

After the lockdown, Zafar remained in his village Pathra for most of the time. Later, the NIA came to know that he had links with the Pakistani terrorist organization Lashkar. After getting evidence of terror funding, the NIA team reached Pathara village on Tuesday and arrested Zafar.

Zafar was hiding in the water for one and a half hours

Surprisingly, when the search was being done in the three-storey house of his village, he was hiding behind his house in a pit under water for about one and a half hours. But it could not escape from the eyes of NIA and IB and it was caught in the water itself.
