Uttar Pradesh / Moradabad : UP Police’s big step, chargesheet imposed in 48 hours in the case of rape of a seven-year-old girl
In the case of rape of a Scheduled Caste girl, the police has filed a charge sheet in the court within 48 hours.
Police arrested the accused from another community only eight hours after registering the case.
The police presented the accused in the court, after sending him to jail, completed all the legal proceedings of the chargesheet.
Shakeel, a resident of Gagan Wali Manather in Katghar area, took a seven-year-old girl living in the neighborhood with him on the pretext of getting toffee at around 3.30 pm on December 6.
After this, he carried out the incident of rape by taking him to the farm.
The girl was threatened so much that even after returning home she could not tell anything to her relatives.
